STRM works across Southend, Castle Point and Rochford. Our services are coordinated from STRM HQ in Benfleet, which also hosts some scheduled sessions, alongside delivery in community venues across the area.

Please note

This is a small space with limited capacity
Tea & Talk sessions are open and welcoming, but run at set times
Outside of these sessions, the office is appointment-only
This helps keep the space calm, safe and manageable
Additional sessions will be added over time

Children & accessibility

Some sessions are adults-only, while others are child-friendly. This varies by session and venue, so please check the session details before attending.

At STRM HQ (Benfleet), sessions are best suited to babies in arms due to the size and layout of the space.
More child-friendly sessions, including Tea & Talk, are regularly held at venues such as The Hangout, which offer more space and flexibility for families.

At STRM HQ (Benfleet):

The building has limited accessibility due to its age and layout
Wheelchair access is unfortunately limited, and the space may not be suitable for larger mobility aids
Pushchairs must be left outside
There is no covered area, so please plan for the weather
