Many families come to STRM feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply looking for clarity.

If you’re not sure what you need yet — this is the right place to begin.

Who We Support & Where

STRM is constituted to support families across Essex and Southend.

Our open sessions, courses and resources are available to families across Essex and Southend.

As a small, independent charity, some of our funding is place-based.
Because of this, free registration and members-only support are currently available to families who live in:

  • Castle Point Areas

  • Rochford Districts

  • Southend Areas

At times, we also receive funding that allows us to widen access across Essex.

We keep our areas under regular review as funding allows.

If you live outside the current registration areas, you are still very welcome to attend open sessions and access our free resources.

You do not need:

  • A diagnosis

  • An EHCP

  • A referral

You are welcome here.
