Are you looking for things to do with your children this bank holiday?

Why not learn about carbon monoxide (CO)?

I am on the lookout for new CO safety assistants to help me on my quest to spread the word on the dangers of carbon monoxide.

I want to rid homes of the threat of carbon monoxide to keep you and your families safe.

Watch my cartoons to find out all about CO and how to stay safe. There are also a number of fun activities for you to do.

Are you ready to help me on my mission? 👉 safetyseymour.co.uk

Coming to the Strm coffee morning and chatting to other parents in the same boat.

Walking listening to music

Going to the gym 🏋️‍♀️

🌡️ Hot weather can feel overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent children and young people whose nervous systems may be more sensitive to heat, noise, light and body changes.
Small things can really help 🧡
💧 Cold water
🧊 Cool packs
🌳 Shade or fans
👕 Cooler clothing
⏸️ Regular breaks indoors
Be kind to yourself today. It’s hot out there ☀️ #SEND #Neurodivergent #Heatwave #ParentCarer #STRM

New Sessions & Programme Launches

We build support based on what families tell us they need.

Recent launches include:

Monthly Support Timetable

Drop-ins. Workshops. 1:1 guidance. Whole-family support — not just a chat.

As new programmes open, this is where you’ll see them first.

Awards, Recognition & Milestones

We are proud that STRM’s lived-experience approach is being recognised locally and nationally.

Recent milestones include:

• Shortlisted for a national SEND award for partnership working
• Supporting Your Neurodivergent Child resource distributed to over 18,000 families
• Growing team of trustees, staff and volunteers with lived experience
• Cross-sector partnerships with local authorities and health partners

Every award and milestone reflects the families who trust us and the community that continues to grow around them.
