📣 HAVE YOUR SAY — CHILDREN’S SOCIAL CARE Not being able to access support is part of the story too.
The House of Lords is asking for evidence about children’s social care.
👥 Who can respond?
Anyone with experience or expertise of the issues being investigated. Including parents and families, care-experienced young people and adults, carers, professionals and organisations.
If your child needed social care support but you couldn't access it, were turned away, didn't meet local criteria, or couldn't access a Children with Disabilities Team, your experience may be relevant too.
The inquiry also covers foster and kinship care, residential care, unregistered children's homes, workforce pressures, Ofsted and outcomes for care-experienced children.
You don't have to answer all 15 questions, just those relevant to your experience.
