Whether you would like to share a compliment about a positive experience, offer a comment to help us improve, or make a complaint about something that has not met your expectations, we want to hear from you.
We are committed to listening, responding fairly and respectfully, and using feedback to learn and improve our support for families and the community.

We are always grateful to receive comments and compliments.
If your feedback relates to an individual member of staff or volunteer, we will pass it to their manager so it can be acknowledged and shared appropriately. All written comments and compliments will be acknowledged wherever reasonably possible.
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about the actions, services, decisions or lack of action by STRM, its staff, volunteers or representatives.
We aim to handle complaints fairly, transparently and as quickly as reasonably possible, taking reasonable steps to resolve matters wherever we can.

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our response, you have the right to raise your concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office
