STRM – SEND the Right Message is looking for a confident, friendly and approachable Family Support & Children’s Activity Worker to join our team.
This is a varied, community-based role supporting neurodivergent children, young people and their families across our activities and wider family support work.
The role includes a mix of daytime and evening shifts during term time.
Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people, with a good understanding of neurodivergence and SEND. You’ll need to be organised, reliable, confident using IT and the telephone, and comfortable representing STRM within the community.
Experience working with children, young people and/or families is essential. Experience supporting neurodivergent children, young people or SEND families is desirable.
