What Happens When You Register?

Once you submit your form:

  • We review your registration
  • We may contact you if we need clarification
  • You’ll receive a welcome email once approved

 

Your welcome email includes:

  • Confirmation of your membership
  • The password for members-only bookings
  • How to access priority booking
  • Links to the Membership Zone

 

You can then book eligible sessions straight away.

Ongoing Support

This may include:

• Carers Break opportunities
• Energy and cost-of-living support
• Priority Services Register (PSR) registration
• DLA, PIP and Blue Badge guidance
• Carer support and benefits advice
• Help navigating local SEND pathways

Some support is needs-based and subject to availability or funding criteria.

Processing Time

STRM is a small, grassroots charity with limited staff capacity.

We review registrations as quickly as possible, but during busy periods this can take up to 4-5 working days.

Most registrations are processed sooner, and we will contact you if we need any further information.

We appreciate your patience while we work to support families as fairly and thoroughly as possible.
