Register for Support

Registration is free and optional.

Some of our support is open access, but becoming a registered member allows you to access additional support and targeted resources.

Who can register?

Registered membership is available to families living in:

  • Castle Point

  • Rochford District

  • Southend

You must have a child or young person aged 0–25 with additional needs or who may need extra support

You do not need:

  • A diagnosis

  • A referral

  • An EHCP

  • Or to know exactly what you need

Many families register while they’re still figuring things out — and that’s absolutely okay.

If you’re new to STRM, you’ll need to register first.

When you register you can:

  • Book sessions, workshops and activities that are right for your family

  • Access our early support pathways, including financial guidance, children’s activities and community events

  • Get targeted peer support when things feel more complex or overwhelming

  • Join additional areas of our Membership Zone, Self-Help Tools & Guidance

  • Receive follow-up support and helpful signposting, so you’re not left on your own after a session

  • Hear about services, projects and opportunities that may be useful for your family as things change

What happens after you register

  • Once you’ve registered, we’ll review your details and confirm your registration. We’ll then send you information about the support we offer, including our early intervention support and how to get involved.

  • If you’d like to book a session straight away, you can do so as soon as your registration is complete.

  • You’ll be sent a password to unlock the booking system once your registration is approved.

  • Please allow 3–4 working days for us to complete your registration.
