Register for Support

Registration with STRM is free and optional.
You can access some support without registering. Registering simply helps us understand your situation so we can offer the right support at the right time.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a referral, or to know exactly what you need. Many families register while they’re still figuring things out.

When you register you can:

  • Book sessions, workshops and activities that are right for your family

  • Access our early support pathways, including financial guidance, children’s activities and community events

  • Get targeted peer support when things feel more complex or overwhelming

  • Join additional areas of our Membership Zone, Self-Help Tools & Guidance

  • Receive follow-up support and helpful signposting, so you’re not left on your own after a session

  • Hear about services, projects and opportunities that may be useful for your family as things change

If you’re new to STRM, you’ll need to register first.

What happens after you register

  • Once you’ve registered, we’ll review your details and confirm your registration. We’ll then send you information about the support we offer, including our early intervention support and how to get involved.

  • If you’d like to book a session straight away, you can do so as soon as your registration is complete.

  • You’ll be sent a password to unlock the booking system once your registration is approved.

  • Please allow 3–4 working days for us to complete your registration.
