⭐ Tea & Talk Sessions (Open Sessions)

You asked for a space just for you.
Not parenting. Not firefighting. Not masking.
A space to connect, reflect and breathe.
So we built it.

Peer-led and therapist-supported Led by Maggie Cleary (CEO, STRM) & Tanika Falmer (Vital Minds Counselling)

Neurospicy Minds for Women is a relaxed, adult-only support space for ADHD and autistic women including those who self-identify.

Open to STRM Members and Essex women.
STRM Members receive priority booking.

Each month focuses on a different theme, including identity, burnout, masking, emotional regulation, relationships and self-advocacy.

Sessions include:
• Guided peer discussion
• Accessible psychoeducation
• A short movement break
• Structured reflection
• Tea and coffee

There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to take breaks at any time.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
This is a facilitated peer support space, not therapy.
