The HR & Wellbeing Administrator ensures the smooth, lawful, and compassionate operation of HR across STRM, supporting safer recruitment, training, and wellbeing processes, and maintaining a positive, healthy organisational culture.

Role summary:
Coordinate and support volunteers across community activities, drop-ins, and fundraising events, acting as a key point of contact and offering practical guidance and support. Working alongside the HR & Wellbeing Administrator, the role supports safer recruitment, volunteer onboarding, and matching volunteer skills to appropriate roles.
All work will be delivered in line with safeguarding, GDPR, and STRM’s values.
The postholder will provide calm, practical support to families across STRM and act as the first point of contact for families seeking help. They will welcome and onboard new families, manage referrals, registrations, and signposting to appropriate support, and maintain accurate CRM records and administration.
