Whether you would like to share a compliment about a positive experience, offer a comment to help us improve, or file a complaint about something not meeting your expectations, we want to hear from you.

We are always grateful to receive comments and compliments.
If your feedback relates to an individual member of staff or a volunteer, we will pass this on to their line manager so it can be acknowledged and shared appropriately. All written comments and compliments will be acknowledged by the relevant manager wherever possible.
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about the actions, services, decisions, or lack of action by STRM, its staff, volunteers, or representatives.
We aim to handle complaints in a timely, fair, and transparent way and take reasonable steps to resolve matters wherever possible.
